• Attend Audio Production Pre-service meeting

Turn on Control Room equipment

• Video Room Displays
• RTS communication (Video Director, TD, Audio), speaker on
• ChurchStreamer box
• Mac Mini, running Unity. Reboot, if necessary. User: 2012Mini. Password: butterlayersthennice

Prepare CD Labels

• Make 3 labels

Turn on Auditorium screens

• Turn on front screens
• Turn on rear screen. If asked for password to log into projector setup, User=”Administrator”, no password

Set Marshall cameras

• Set positions for Marshall cameras

Verify Propresenter

• Verify ProPresenter is prepared according to ProPresenter Setup checklist

Preview service

• Note worship leaders and musical elements for camera shot sequences
• Note special elements in service
• Note transitions
