Ready TV for sermon (user: StageDisplay password: football.midget)

Select Slide 1
Press Play
Platform TV: Off
Check to see if anointing oil is available in Pastor’s seating area (replace as needed)
Check for cables not taped to floor (use gaffers tape)

Call choir to risers
Assist as needed
8:13 & 10:43 am
Send choir out in order to risers (from backstage left)
(Choir should load from the stage left side of the risers, back row first)
During Services (8:15 & 10:45)
Service Start
Lock all south outside doors
Be seated behind stage left wing curtain
Be ready to assist Stage Audio as directed
After Choir Sings
Release the choir during first statement of the chorus of the next song (or as otherwise directed by the Event Director)
(Choir should be released from stage left, exiting backstage)
During Interlude Before Sermon
Move platform TV to message position
Turn platform display on
~ 9:10 and 11:40
Unlock south outside door by choir room (to allow soloist/band, etc. to reenter backstage)
During Pastoral Prayer After Message
Return platform TV to waiting position
Turn platform TV off
When Pastor Leaves the Platform
Assist in removal of wireless head-worn microphone (behind stage right wing curtain)
Immediately After First Service
Take Pastor’s iPad (in its case) and a bottle of water to Fellowship Hall
o Reset sermon on Platform TV
Platform Display: On
Press ESC (stop sermon)
Select Slide 1
Press Play
Platform TV: Off
Place podium behind stage panels (opposite side of TV)
After Last Service
Stop Sermon
Platform TV: On
Press ESC (stop sermon)
Quit Keynote
Platform TV: Off
Take Pastor Goss’ iPad (in its case) to sound booth
Turn off backstage stairway lights
Throw away service orders, trash
Place lost and found items from the stage on white cabinet in back hallway
Kill the Unity Intercom App on your phone
